Radici in Chianti Aps is an association that brings together various organizations in the Chianti area working in the fields of education, research, social promotion, and cultural enhancement. At the heart of its activities is the mission to promote the culture, gastronomy, landscape, biodiversity, archaeology, and history of Chianti through a wide range of initiatives such as events, exhibitions, workshops, fairs, markets, conferences, and travel experiences.

On the occasion of the XXVII edition of L’Eroica, Radici in Chianti presents Eroici a Piedi: a unique opportunity to explore Chianti with a guided walk that combines nature, history, and gastronomy.

Eroici a Piedi: The Experience

What is Eroici a Piedi?

Eroici a Piedi is a 7-kilometer walking tour, designed for everyone. Accompanied by experienced environmental guides, participants can immerse themselves in the natural and historical beauty of Chianti, with a guided visit to the magnificent Castello di Meleto. The experience will be enriched with tastings of fine wines and local cuisine, offering an authentic taste of the region's excellence.

When?

The event will take place on October 5 and 6, 2024. Departures are scheduled every 30 minutes starting from 9:30 AM at Casa Eroica, with the last departure at 12:00 PM.
